3. Using Gus — our AI intake assistant
To chat with Gus, you provide your name and phone number. By submitting this information you:
- Confirm the details are accurate and belong to you.
- Consent to being contacted by our clinical team in relation to your enquiry.
- Acknowledge that chat conversations may be used to improve our intake service.
You must not use Gus to seek emergency medical assistance, to test or probe our systems, or to submit false or third-party personal information without authorisation.
4. Booking and appointments
Session bookings are made through our Calendly scheduling link or by calling/WhatsApp-ing our team. By booking you agree to the following:
- Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee at our discretion.
- Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first assessment so we can complete intake paperwork.
- Health disclosure: You agree to inform your treating physiotherapist of all relevant medical history, medications, and conditions before treatment begins.
- Payment: Fees are due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, the interactive spine visualisation, and the Asparagus Fit brand — is owned by or licensed to Asparagus Fit. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
