No. Once 10 credits are in your account, they stay there until you use them.
No — credits are tied to the card they came from, because the costs are different. If you need both, you can hold both cards.
Cancel at least 4 hours before and the credit returns to your balance instantly. For a bank refund instead of credits, message us on WhatsApp — those take 7–10 working days.
Credits belong to one patient account. For family, buy a card per person so each patient's history and plan stays separate.
